Capitalising on our ten years of experience

Jovial Wings CPA Company was found and managed by Mr Johnny Wong. Johnny has over ten years of experience in accounting, financial management and taxation as well as merger and acquisition related activities and Initial Public Offering ("IPO") advisory.

Qualification Matters

Mr. Johnny Wong, FCPA (Practising), FTIHK, FCIS, FCS

Mr. Wong graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with the Degree of Master of Corporate Governance and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with the Degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Mr. Wong has over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, as well as merger and acquisition related activities and Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) advisory. He is currently practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Mr. Wong is the Founder of Jovial Wings CPA Company. Prior to setting up his own firm, he served as the finance manager of Taubman Asia Management Limited, placed in charge of the company's overall accounting services in support of financial statements, coordination of company's audit process and worked closely with the company's financial controller in preparation of the corporate budget and forecast for the Asia offices, after serving as the manager in the audit and assurance division in Ernst & Young Hua Ming (Beijing) and Ernst & Young Hong Kong.

He is also currently the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

On community services, Mr. Wong has been appointed as the Assistant Scout Leader and Group Financial Secretary of First Hong Kong Scout Group since early 2000s.
